What if something goes wrong after installation?No need to worry, all of our solutions come with a 60-day service waranty so just give us a call and we'll come take care of the issue. You can also purchase one of our support plans to make your life easier after the warranty period is over. It's that easy!

What if my power goes out?Power going out is not a rare occurance in our region. With solutions from Jetson Smart Homes, you never have to worry about your devices getting kicked off of your network after an outage. In addition, we can install a backup power supply to your router, so you can have internet even when the power is out.

How do I purchase a support plan?It's very simple. Just go to the pricing page and select the plan that is best for you. Then it will ask you to create a login. After you login, all you have to do is pay and wait for a confirmation email from us!
